J.D. Hayworth's contract with Arizona Citizens

The rest of the republicans need to get their acts together and do some thing like this, like they did with the Contract With America during the Clinton administration. It is much more critical now that America takes back both houses of congress from the socialist progressives who are destroying our economy and everything that America has stood for.

J.D. HAYWORTH’S CONTRACT WITH ARIZONA CITIZENS
As a U.S. Senator representing the state of Arizona, I pledge to:

• Oppose any measure granting amnesty to illegal aliens and reintroduce the “Enforcement First Act” as well as sponsor, co-sponsor and champion bills that work to create a secure border and protect citizens from the rising violence caused by illegal aliens.
• Serve only two consecutive terms in the U.S. Senate and introduce appropriate measures to require term limits for all legislative and judicial officers.
• Reintroduce the “Congressional Responsibility Act” limiting runaway regulations by mandating proposed regulations first be approved by the House and Senate before being enacted.
• Introduce the “Constitutional Citation Act” requiring all bills introduced in Congress identify the provisions of the Constitution that provide authorization for congressional action.
• Support and/or introduce legislation to repeal and/or defund ObamaCare.
• Support and/or introduce efforts to audit the Federal Reserve.
• Support and/or introduce a constitutional amendment requiring the federal government operate under a balanced budget.
• Oppose all legislation related to “Cap and Trade.”
• Reintroduce and make permanent the Bush tax cuts.
• Introduce legislation reforming the earmark process in the U.S. Senate.

I will dedicate my efforts, time and ability in making these important issues and concerns my top priority in the United States Senate. The people of Arizona and citizens of America deserve the best representation available. I promise to be that Senator.

Here is your contract with Arizona and J.D. Hayworth

• If you want to see conservatism restored to the federal government,
• If you want to put the brakes on out of control Washington spending,
• If you want to send a loud and clear message to the Washington establishment that the American people are fed up with rising taxes, increasing government regulations, and ever expanding federal agencies,
• If you want someone to represent the conservative values of Arizonans, and the values of hard working Americans who have grown tired of Washington rhetoric,
• If you want clear and decisive actions to stop the out-of-control leftist administration,

Then YOU need to vote for J.D. Hayworth, the consistent conservative,
for Arizona and the United States of America.
